Our Mission
1.The American Board of Ringside Medicine's primary objective is to encourage excellence in medical care and believes that its certified physicians have successfully demonstrated their ability and have proven their commitment to the athletes, the sport of boxing and the profession. Through its certification process, the ABRM seeks to provide athletes the assurance that its certified physicians have completed the necessary training/experience to provide quality care to the individual and has a commitment to excellence.

2.  The American Board of Ringside Medicine is established to provide quality educational opportunities for physicians in the field of ringside medicine and to measure, in an impartial way, physician competence leading to Board Certification in Ringside Medicine.

3.  To work in conjunction with USA Boxing and other established organizations with a vested interest in quality Ringside Physicians to provide education, examination, and board certification credentials for Physicians working in the sport of boxing.
